Who Am I
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Wayne A. Sevin, and it would be my honor to serve as your wedding officiant on your Special Day. I have been a commissioned New Hampshire Justice of the Peace for more than nine years, and I am also an ordained Universal Life Church Minister, a proud member and former board member of the New Hampshire Justice of the Peace Association.
I reside in Pittsfield, New Hampshire, with my wife of 49 wonderful years, Debbie. We first met in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 1975 while I was serving in the United States Army, a chapter of my life I am deeply proud of. Today, we are blessed with eight amazing grandchildren, ages 14 to 21.
Before retiring in 2022, I served as the Recreation Director at Granite Ledges of Concord, a senior living community associated with Capital Region Health Care and Genesis HealthCare. Outside of officiating, I enjoy singing with the Concord Coachmen Barbershop Chorus, participating in local community theater, and previously served as the Executive Director of the Miss Lakes Region Scholarship Program, Inc., a preliminary to the Miss New Hampshire and Miss America Organizations.

As your wedding officiant, my goal is to create a ceremony that reflects your love story, whether your celebration is indoors or outdoors, intimate or grand, and held during any of New England’s four breathtaking seasons.
I proudly officiate ceremonies across New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, and destination locations, and I am fully committed to making your ceremony unforgettable for both you and your guests.
