Wedding Ceremony Rates, Fees Etc.
MY SERVICES INCLUDE:

Set up a get-to-know each other consultation -- At this meeting, I will learn about your vision for your "Special Day." Of course, if your schedule or distance does not permit, we can definitely discuss all of this by zoom, phone, email, or whatever is easiest for you.

Work with you to develop and design each section of your ceremony -- Will you be writing or selecting your vows? Do you want to include a remembrance of a family member, have a special unity ceremony, include special readings, etc.? As your officiant, I will work with you to fulfill your ceremony expectations.
Access to me by Zoom, phone, email, and/or in person -- I will always respond to your phone calls and/or emails. We will work closely together drafting your ceremony until it is just the way you want it.

Before your "Special Day," I will finalize your wedding ceremony script. If you will be having a rehearsal with my attendance, I will need to collect your wedding license at that time or prior to the day of your ceremony. I want to make sure all of your wishes come true for your wedding ceremony on your "Special Day."
The day has arrived, your very "Special Day" -- I will arrive with plenty of time to scope out the ceremony site and help get your bridal party ready for the ceremony. I will be properly dressed (formal vs casual) and ready to conduct an awesome ceremony. It is my job to set the tone for the rest of your "Special Day" and to transition you and your guests into the celebration portion of your wedding day!
Please Note: Something very important to consider! In regards to your possible rehearsal: A venue/wedding location may have a wedding on the evening of your rehearsal. It is truly best, if possible, to have your rehearsal at 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. Many venues will schedule you for an evening rehearsal as long as that time slot does not fill with another wedding. Then, as the day approaches, they may, and most likely will, fill that time slot with another wedding, and couples are forced to change plans to a morning rehearsal. This happens very frequently. I truly care and want both of your days to be amazing, whether I am there or not!

A Modern, yet Traditional, Non-Customized Ceremony (Ceremony Rehearsal Included)

VOW RENEWAL CEREMONY * $275
A Vow Renewal is very similar to your wedding ceremony
Unlimited phone & email consultations
You will exchange vows, exchange rings, and then recreate that first kiss.
Limited Special Elements** such as songs and reading, etc., may be included by family
and/or friends.
CEREMONY FEES:

For Vow Renewal Ceremonies only (Travel Fee below applies)
TRAVEL FEE (For any Ceremony Services)
Travel to the ceremony location over 10 miles round trip from my address incurs a travel
fee per mile.
**SPECIAL ELEMENTS:
The ceremony may be enhanced by incorporating a Special Element, such as the lighting of a unity candle, sand ceremony, rose ceremony, love letter and wine box ceremony, etc.
The ceremony may also include a song, reading, etc., by family or friends.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT:
50% is due (and non-refundable) to book and confirm your scheduled date and time. The event is not secured until the deposit is received. The balance is due 21 days prior to the date of the ceremony. No refund if services are canceled less than 30 days prior to the ceremony.
RESCHEDULING
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. The deposit may still be applied should you need to change the date of your ceremony. This information must be conveyed at least two months prior to the original date of your ceremony. Different dates and times may be selected with no penalty. The new date and time must be scheduled within six months from your original ceremony date and must align with an open date and time on the officiant's calendar.

DISCOUNTS:
A 10% discount is extended to all active members of the Military/Police/Fire/EMS and Senior Citizens over 65. Discounts do not apply to mileage fees.
HOLIDAY RATES:
Available upon request - To perform a ceremony on the eve of a holiday, the day of a holiday, or the weekend of a holiday, add $200.
Those Holidays include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, and Christmas Eve.
